✓ Your reservation is final on receipt of payment.

✓ The reservation period starts from the booked departure time.

✓ Sailings are subject to unforeseen circumstances until shortly before departure (stormy weather or force majeure).

✓ No alcoholic beverages will be consumed before and while sailing at sea.

✓ In case of unforeseen circumstances, the following alternatives are proposed (valid for 1 year): 

• A new date
• A voucher worth the full reservation amount
• An adapted package
